Main Responsibilities: 1. Maintain high effective and efficient support services to both customers and branches, 2. Coordinate with sales department, domestic plant and overseas suppliers to serve customer's need and systematically improve customer's satisfactions, 3. Responsible for daily operation of customer service function including order, processing, billing, delivery and shipping, export logistics arrangement and customer complaint handling, 4. Provide timely response, information or feedback to requests in relation to customer orders, 5. Main effective communication with suppliers and branches, 6. Initiates recommendations where necessary to improve work processes currently in use.
Requirement: 1. University graduated, English major or Business major, 2. Minimum 1 years solid working experience in customer service area or logistics area and familiar with the operation in WGQ Free Trade Zone is necessary, 3. ERP or SAP experience, 4. Good command of English and computer skills, 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
