Job Description ¡¤ Provides a wide range of office services for customer(s) from various departments and outside parties. ¡¤ Operates automated office systems to perform various administrative duties. ¡¤ Schedules appointments and maintains customer's calendar on a non-conflict basis. Handles travel arrangements and expense claim for customers. Performs a wide variety of routine and moderately complex functions such as arranging meetings. ¡¤ Scans, logs and correlates incoming mail, including email, to follow-up file, gathers reference material and distributes. Correlates to follow-up system to ensure schedules/deadlines are met. ¡¤ Answers and places telephone calls following telephone excellence standards. ¡¤ Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications ¡¤ Bachelor Degree holder on English Language, business or with formal secretarial training. ¡¤ 1-2 years' solid secretarial support experience in MNC, JV or Rep Office ¡¤ Good communication both verbal and written in English and Mandarin, certificate holder of TEM-8/Advanced Interpreter preferred ¡¤ Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint ¡¤ Ability to multi-task. ¡¤ Teamwork. ¡¤ Able to work independent, mature, smart, helpful and presentable. ¡¤ Possess attitude of customer service oriented and passion for work ¡¤ Top university new graduates acceptable.
